Studying privately with a teacher, along with practicing consistently on your own, is the most effective way to rapidly improve your Yoga practice. Keeping with age-old tradition, Yoga is traditionally shared from the teacher directly to the student. In doing so, the teacher can share the Yoga practices that he/she feels is best suited to the student. As a result, the student is led into is/her own, authentic Yoga practice. Finding an authentic, "true-to-you" practice becomes essential for committed students who are looking to explore all that Yoga has to offer including lifestyle, asana, breath, and higher consciousness.
