Matthew’s virtual yoga school is dedicated to helping you develop all elements of a strong and regular yoga practice: core strength, posture awareness, flexibility, breath awareness, philosophy, meditation, and deep rest. Not only is it important to have these things in your yogic tool belt, but it is even more important that you feel confident in WHEN to employ the techniques you learn with Matthew in your daily life.
Matthew’s virtual yoga school is keen on educating everyone everywhere to make informed decisions based on their own body/mind type, thus expanding and fulfilling the student’s potential in all aspects of their lives. Our philosophy is simple: teach to the students in the class, offer individualized modifications as appropriate, and support and celebrate each other and all beings!
Because of our dedication to fostering community and relationships with our students, we have chosen a membership format (drop-ins are available- members get first pick of classes).
